What data the Tulpar GO app collects, why, and how you can control it.

Who processes the data

The Tulpar GO service (passenger and driver apps and the tulpargo.kz website) is provided by X Labs.

What data we collect

Phone number — to sign in with an SMS code and to stay in touch about an order.
Name — so drivers and passengers know who they are dealing with.
Precise location — for pickup, routing and fare calculation. For drivers, also in the background while online, to receive nearby orders and show passengers where the car is.
Photos (camera or gallery) — profile photo and driver documents.
Microphone — only for voice input of an address when you ask for it.
Chat messages between passenger and driver.
Ride and order history.
Payment data — balance and payout details for drivers.

Why

Data is used only to run the service: placing and fulfilling orders, connecting passengers and drivers, settlements, support, safety and legal compliance.

What we don’t do

We do not use your data for advertising and do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share data with

With the driver and passenger — to the extent needed for the order (name, pickup point, car position). With the carrier partner in your city — to fulfil the order. With contractors providing hosting and SMS delivery — under contract. With government authorities — only where required by law.

Storage and protection

Data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS) and kept for as long as needed to run the service and meet legal requirements. Retention period: [RETENTION PERIOD].

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion. You can delete your account in the app or by following the steps on the “Delete account” page.

Permissions

Access to location, camera, photos and microphone is requested by the system separately and can be turned off in your phone settings. Some features will not work without location.
